Quote of the Day

"Life is without meaning.
You bring the meaning to it.
The meaning of life is
whatever you ascribe it to be.
Being alive is the meaning."

It is so true... it is the people we love that bring meaning to lives that would be pointless otherwise. the person that brings joy to my life, the one that truly matters, isn't here knows this is true as well.... he is the reason I smile in the morning, and want to go to sleep at night... I wish every night to dream about hearing his voice... It sounds stupid and girlish... I know this, but I read this quote, and I want to say everyone should look for the people that bring meaning and happiness to their lives... and never, ever, let them go... they are the true treasures in this broken world, not gold and diamonds and money... these things don't even compare to those people... shiny things are dirt in comparison to those people... the people who bring us joy, I don't even what to say, don't know how to explain how we need to treat those special people... all I can say is I have that person.... and I am not letting go for the world...

Credo.. I believe

I believe in childhood, never growing old in heart and mind. Always staying young in your heart is the key to never growing old in self.  Playing games and, admiring the beauty of a ladybug on your finger; the never-ending joy in life truly belongs to a child.

I believe in magic, not pixie dust and Peter Pan, but the magic in every day life.  Opening the eyes to the unseen is the key to knowing real magic. The flowers blooming from the frosty ground in spring, birds singing their joy into the air the first cry of a newborn.  The overwhelming sense of joy after blowing dandelion fuzz into the breeze; the eye to see magic truly belongs to the child.

I believe in faeries, the spirit in the flowers and trees, and the sparkle in the first snow. Knowing there is truth behind impossibility is the key to seeing the true faeries. Dancing in the flower garden, the sparkle of sunlight on the arm of one who knows. Seeing the impossible in its truth; to have the heart to believe the impossible truly belongs to the child.

I believe in never surrendering those beliefs. Never forgetting the heart can stay young, always wondering compels a caterpillar to become a butterfly, never underestimating the simplicity of a flower or a flame; but always seeing it for what it is. The key to never ending happiness is remembering those simple pleasures; the ability to know the impossible is always believable truly belongs to the child.

yay

I started this thing cuz a friend told me about it... it might be fun
